HISD Foundation needed a new site and CMS. The site is run by WordPress and sports a custom design.
The HISD Foundation collaborates with area businesses and volunteers to sponsor a popular charity golf tournament each year, is the recipient of funds raised from the annual HISD State of the Schools Luncheon, engages support from former teachers and students through an annual mail campaign, and works with individuals who wish to name the Foundation in their will and/or make a gift of appreciated assets. The Foundation also works with other foundations for grant support.

The HISD Foundation’s fundraising efforts focus on institutional priorities set by the superintendent of schools and the board of education. Funds raised by the HISD Foundation allow the district to add, continue or expand added- value programs in literacy, science, math, technology and the arts.
